Introducing a modern hardware MIDI Wavetable module designed to take your DOS MIDI game music to the next level! The new X8GS is an advanced hardware wavetable MIDI module with several desirable features including a high-end Dream synth engine, excellent Roland SC-55 emulation through officially licensed samples and a generous 1 gigabyte of flash storage for additional user-defined samples and effects presets. Designed and built by Serdaco, this module is available exclusively for the Llama ITX for a limited time.

• Powerful Dream 5000 based synth engine capable of up to 135 voices of polyphony and an advanced effects DSP to really bring MIDI music to life.
• Officially licensed Roland GS instrument samples (128 fully compatible GM/GS instrument sounds including 180 variation instruments and over 200 drum sounds.)
• 1 gigabyte of onboard flash storage arranged in 6 distinct customizable banks allowing for multiple user defined sample sets in addition to the Roland GS samples.
• Customizable effects presets can be created and saved for each sound bank.
• All samples and effects presets are uploaded via USB using available software from Serdaco.
• The module can be configured to load any of the 7 banks by default on power up using onboard DIP switches.
• Sample banks are also selectable from the DOS command line.
